Pipcorn Review and Giveaway!

Tasty, satisfying snacks that aren't loaded with sugar, fat, or FODMAPs aren't easy to find. Low-FODAMP fruit, although nutritious and low in fat, can trigger IBS symptoms if consumed too frequently or in large amounts. Nuts and seeds, while abundant in healthy fats, can also be a trigger if the portion size is too large. In addition, those calories and fat can add up quickly.
Although popcorn makes a terrific alternative to fruit, sugary snacks, or high-fat nuts and baked goods, it can be tough on the teeth and hard on the digestive tract. So when I first came upon Pipcorn on an episode of Shark Tank, I knew this was a product I had try.
Not only is Pipcorn vegan, low in FODMAPs, low in fat and sodium, gluten-free, non-GMO, and whole grain, it tastes damned delicious! Made from mini corn kernels grown in the USA, these naturally small seeds have delicate hulls that break into tiny pieces when they're popped. This makes them less likely to get stuck in your teeth, and I find that Pipcorn is much easier for me to digest than regular popcorn.

Pipcorn comes in a slew of flavors, including the new
Sea Salt and Vinegar and Cheddar (yes, it's totally vegan). They even offer mini kernels that you can pop yourself, if you're so inclined. I fell in love with Pipcorn at first bite, and I bet you will too.

Pipcorn is available at retailers throughout the United States as well as through their website. But because I love this mini popcorn so much, I've teamed up with the great folks at Pipcorn to offer my subscribers a special discount for a limited time. Just click on the ad at the left or the one on the right side of this page and use the code IBSVEGAN20 to save 20% off your order! How cool is that? Very cool!

UPDATE: The giveaway contest is now closed.

And better yet, Pipcorn is offering a giveaway of one bag of each of their two new flavors (Sea Salt & Vinegar and Cheddar) to one very lucky winner. Yes, you get TWO bags of Pipcorn! What do you need to do to participate in the giveaway?
  1. If you're already a subscriber to my blog and live in the United States, you're set for step 2! If not, you must first subscribe to be eligible to enter.
  2. Next, if you've tried Pipcorn already, tell us why you love it. If you haven't tried it yet, tell us why you can't wait to taste it. Be sure to reply by Sunday, February 12, 2017, to enter before the giveaway ends.

One lucky winner will be selected at random. (NOTE: We can only ship within the contiguous United States.) Good luck!

I tried Pipcorn and loved it! Only problem is, when something is this good I really have trouble stopping. So, I would love to try these two flavors as an exercise in restraint: could I possibly make each bag last say...longer than 24 hours??? I'm tightening my belt and ready for the challenge!
